A Very Special CT Cocktailers Record

Just before last Christmas we were supplied with accomplishing a very large feat: we had to provide bartending service for a corporate office of 250+ people for their Christmas party. It was no small accomplishment and to be honest a lot of work but we did great! For the whole day we pumped out dozens of drinks at a time for an entire building of phenomenal people. Everyone there was so warm and welcoming and made what could have been a stressful event into an awesome party. It was an honor to be part of this awesome event and we really hope we can do it again this 2018 Christmas season. Thanks a ton to Nicole M. for recommending us and helping us make this happen at every step of the way.  Our great friends are what make CT Cocktailers the best event catering company on the planet.

Holiday Drinks!

This winter holiday season is the perfect time to experiment with new drink recipes. There are two from this past Christmas season that stick out the most, one simple and one a little more complex. The simple one would be our apple cider mimosa; it's exactly as it sounds, 1 part apple cider, 3 parts champagne. The second one is our vegan spiced dark rum eggnog. Both are perfect dealing with for extended family for long periods of time.

Post Thankgiving Party Nov. 25th 2017

The title really says it all. We received a call from one of our most frequent clients and he said "Uh hey my wife's family came in from Florida too late to have Thanksgiving with us and more family came up for a wedding so are you available for a Thanksgiving II party this weekend. To that we say "Of Course!" Life doesn't always follow a schedule that's convenient for you, especially during the start of the holiday season. Just know if you need any help making it less hectic, CT Cocktailers is always here for you! <3

Formal Goodbye to Beach Weather...

CT Cocktailers LOVE serving delicious drinks on the beach, it's our natural habitat. We live to make drinks during the summertime. But even we know when beach-going season is over here in the Tri-State. We made hundreds of memories with our wonderful hosts and clients over the past few months and that will continue through the cool weather, we just can't wait to get back to the beautiful view from the shore of CT and New York's beautiful beaches.

CT Cocktailers NEVER say Never

We wish every event was as easy as we try to make it look but this simply isn't always the case. Sometimes you're on your way to serve at the wedding of two WONDERFUL young people and one of the tires on your magical cocktail-mobile blow up on the highway. Do you call the bride and tell her we just can't provide drinks in time for her only wedding ever or do you call every towing company in the state during rush hour on a Friday to make sure you get to the reception in time? If you're CT Cocktailers you do the latter and make it the best reception you've ever served at...with only three tires. Thanks again to Tasha and Erik for making us part of their special day!

Nicole's Farewell to the 20's Prohibition Party 5.20.17

What better way to celebrate the end of your 20's than throwing a 1920's themed party?! That wasn't rhetorical, if you have a better idea, feel free to call us up and we'll help you plan it! We had a night full of 1920's attire, prohibition-era cocktails and some of the coolest people we've ever come across. The theme of the party was so consistent and fun it was easy to forget we were not really pumping out drinks in a real 1920's speakeasy. Easily the coolest theme party we've served at thus far, but that can always change. If you have a themed party, in mind do not hesitate to let us know. We like to go all out!

(Also any excuse to wear a suspender/bowtie combo is a good one!)

Yaganti Half Saree (@ the Westport Women's Club) 5.20.2017

For those that are not familiar, a half-saree is essentially the south-Indian equivalent to a bat mitz vah. In simple terms, it is a coming-of-age party at which you celebrate an Indian girl's entrance into womanhood. There's obviously more to it than that culturally and spiritually, but hey, we're bartenders not anthropologists. In any case, the Yaganti's know how to throw a party!!! It was insanely fun, from learning more about cultural traditions of our new friends to making mind-blowing cocktails/mocktails throughout the night, it's safe to say fin times were had by all! We can't wait for the next one!

ECAC Hall of Fame Dinner 4.29.17

We were insanely honored and inspired by being a part of the amazing event that was the Easter Connecticut Athletic Conference Dinner. The attendees being honored that night were some the best college and professional athletes to come out of Connecticut. From basketball stars, to Heisman-winning football players, to decorated coaches from all different sports, we were literally surrounded by the best CT has to offer the world of sports. It was an incredible night for people that had accomplished incredible things. We were humbled and elated to have the best view in the house while we served drinks to so many accomplished athletes!
