Menus & Drinks

CT Cocktailers has an expansive arsenal of drinks that we make fresh at each event. What many don't know is our cocktails lists are like snowflakes, in that no two CT Cocktailers menus are the same. We have dozens, if not hundreds of unique specialty cocktails that we put into our event menus. Our drinks are easily one of the things that make CT Cocktailers the Premiere bartending company for all of Connecticut, probably America, maybe the entire world.  Here are a few CT Cocktailers drinks that are often a staple of our winter menu.

Vanille Bourbon

  • Bourbon
  • Sloe gin
  • Vanilla liqueur
  • Tamarind syrup (hard to find, so if you can't I'll make something else work; maple syrup would be awesome as well)
  • club soda

This drink is perfect for bourbon/whisky drinkers who like drinking anything too sweet, and prefer not to compromise the naturally smokey complex flavor of their whiskey. This one was a major hit during the holiday season, but can certainly be enjoyed year-round!

Pineapple Cosmopolitan

  • Vodka
  • Pineappple
  • Triple Sec
  • Lime Juice
  • Cranberry Juice

The cosmopolitan is already the quintessential winter cocktail. Add pineapple, a universal symbol of welcoming, warmth and family, and you have a phenomenal holiday cocktail! It is too quick and too good to not try yourself!

Red-Nosed mule

  • Vodka
  • Ginger Beer
  • Pomegranate juice
  • Rosemary Sprig (garnish)

Our hosts and guests couldn't get enough of this drink this past holiday season. Its a simple drink that's just twist on a classic. The red-nosed mule is the traditional Moscow Mule with and added beautiful color and subtle herbal and pomegranate flavor. This complex. effervescent delight isn't too sweet, and is the perfect drink for any event! Coincidentally many cultures see the pomegranate as an auspicious symbol of the new year, so it's pretty convenient that this drink tastes so great!

Santa Sangria

  • Red wine (preferably porto)
  • White wine (something not too dry, chardonnay works)
  • Brandy, Peach Schnapps or Cointreau (it tastes great with any of them)
  • Lemonade (some like it with orange juice, I leave it to you but lemonade is better)
  • Whole Red Delicious apple
  • Pear
  • Pineapple chunks (or whole)
  • Grapes
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

It took many hours in the CT Cocktailers lab to concoct this masterpiece. Simply the best sangria recipe known to man! It's a super simple recipe that's fun to prepare and insanely delicious. This is a drink that you can sip on all night. The trick is to candy the fruits with the brown sugar and cinnamon before adding in the liquid ingredients. It tastes like Christmas and looks like a work of art.

Don't just take our word for it, take a look yourself!
